Trafford Wharfside Masterplan Work-Trafford Council required a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to draw up a masterplanning framework for Trafford Wharfside to broadly correspond with Coding Process 2C Masterplanning in the National Model Design Code. The completed masterplan would form part of the emerging Trafford Design Code A risk based sourcing process was utilised for this restricted tender, based on our local investment initiative and following our contract procedure rules.
