Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa udzielenia i obsługi długoterminowego kredytu w wysokości do 2 780 000,00 PLN na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy na rok 2023, stosownie do art. 89 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 2009 r. o finansach publicznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 1270 ze zm.). Kredyt musi być uruchomiony do dnia 29.12.2023 r. Uruchomienie kredytu musi nastąpić nie później niż w ciągu trzech dni następujących po dniu, w którym zostanie złożona wykonawcy pisemna dyspozycja zamawiającego o uruchomienie kredytu. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość nie pobrania kredytu w pełnej wysokości, tj. 2 780 000,00 PLN (na dzień ogłoszenia niniejszego postępowania zamawiający określa minimalną wysokość kredytu na kwotę 100 000 zł). Prowizja, odsetki, opłaty itp., od niepobranego kredytu w pełnej wysokości 2 780 000,00 PLN, nie są dopuszczalne. Spłata rat kredytu będzie następowała w terminach i wysokości określonej w SWZ.
