Supply of Branded Merchandise to TU Dublin

The Commercial Modern Music programme provides an up-to-date and industry focused education in commercial modern music, incorporating instrumental performance and song-writing skills, production skills and academic coursework in addition to the business, management and technical skills necessary to succeed in the commercial modern music world. The Contracting Authority invites and Calls for Expressions of Interest (“Responses”) to this PQQ under the Negotiated procedure for the award a single supplier service contract involving the provision of the Commercial Modern Music course and delivery all aspects of the programme while also maintaining the quality standards in accordance with policy laid down by the Academic Council of TU Dublin and where appropriate external examiner approval and appointment is made in accordance with the policy. A provider will also implement TU Dublin quality assurance procedures in regards to the the delivery of programme content to TU Dublin students.

The Contracting Authority requires a software partner who can provide expertise and value-added services to enable TU Dublin to exploit its software investment SAP Business Objects BI Suite. The service required will include: software maintenance & support services, training services and account management and professional services to assist with keeping the software and its environment at the appropriate levels. This will include major and minor software releases.

TU Dublin now invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) with the objective of awarding a contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer (the “Successful Tenderer”) - identified in accordance with Part 3 of this RFT - to provide the Services as described in Appendix 1, Requirements & Specification, to this RFT.

A mini competiton will be held on an annual basis.

TU Dublin University wish to engage with a supplier to maintain and support existing telephony infrastructure. This will include Fixed Voice, VoIP and hosted services (i.e. local, national and international calls), installation, configuration, management, support, maintenance, billing, and repairs. Tenderers are also required to detail how they would peer with Government Networks. Management services such as allocation of DDI and freephone numbers, switching and termination. It is essential that the installation of the new service be as seamless as possible to the users. There should be no telephone service interruptions, no interim changes in dialling procedures, and no perceived degradation in the quality of service.

Capital Campaign Consultancy Services for TU Dublin. Further to the success of Phase I, TU Foundation is seeking a fundraising consultant to work closely with the TU Dublin Team for the term of the contract. This duration reflects the full completion of the multi-million Euro campaign, along with a well-established donor stewardship programme and a strong alumni relations structure.

The purpose of the Competition is to establish a single-party framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) with one (1) supplier for the provision of the design, manufacture & installation of signage. As part of this competition tenderers will be will submit tenders for the signage installation at Park House and Rathdown House in TU Dublin’s Grangegorman Campus. The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed may amount to some €300,000 (0ver the lifetime of the Framework). TU Dublin seeks to procure and implement a system which will be able to timetable programmes/classes, rooms, exams and generate reports to replace a number of legacy systems. TU Dublin is seeking to ensure that there is an effective and coherent timetabling system in place for the 2020/2021 academic year.
