The objective of the invitatio to tender is to procure slide printers for use in the Department of Pathology at Olavs Hospital Trust.

Procurement of the operation of the SAP system in the Western Norway Regional Health Authority, including infrastructure and server operation, and SAP Basic services. This is a so-called 'Lift & Shift' change, which means that the current SAP system will be migrated and re-established with the current service and security level as a minimum in a new operations environment.

Blood gas instruments with instrument-specific consumables for the Central Norway Regional Health Authority The objective of invitation to tender is to procure instruments for the analysis of blood gas with instrument-specific reagents and consumables. There will be a large gap in the number of analyses/instruments/months, from approx. 10 analyses up to approx. 2,500 analyses. Due to this wide variety, tenderers can offer instruments with different capacities. An increase of 5 % analyses must be expected.

The procurement concerns the purchase of patient journeys by road. Patient transport by road is a facilitated transport where the patients, according to applicable legislation, have the right to have their expenses covered for transport to and from treatment. The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity of patient transport, and reserves the right for variations in the contract quantity. The contracting authority aims to facilitate increased coordination within the contract, including measures to establish fixed routes and coordinated patient travel across municipal borders and tender areas. The contract has a combined estimated value of NOK 40,000,000. The contest has a combined maximum value of NOK 49,000,000. The stated scope is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for the future contract volume. The requested services are divided into Lot 1 Fedje, Lot 2 former Os municipality and Lot 3 Strandebarm and Omastrand. In order to safeguard accessibility to Østfold Hospital’s owned and leased outdoor areas, the contracting authority wants tenders for winter maintenance work for these areas. The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into contracts for the delivery of rectoscopes, anoscopes and ligation instruments for haemorrhoids treatment at the health trusts in Western Norway Regional Health Authority [Helse Vest]. Contracts shall be entered for the delivery of several types of systems related to rectoscopes and anoscopes. The lots are of varying proportions of disposable and reusable equipment, and some use an external light source while others will have a disposable light source integrated into the product. We therefore encourage the tenderers to read Annex 2 - 'Kravspesifikasjon' ['Requirement Specification'] carefully to learn which lot t is right for the offered system(s). Tenders that do not meet the minimum requirements for the lot for which the tender is submitted will be rejected The tenderers are encouraged to ask questions if anything is unclear. The estimated total value of the procurement is NOK 2,075,000 per annum (a total of NOK 8,300,000 for a contract period of up to four years). The annual maximum contract value is NOK 2,386,250 (a total of NOK 9,545,000 for a contract period of four years). Maximum value allows for purchases of up to 15% higher volume in case the number of patients increases

Helse Bergen Hf (bergen Hospital Trust) Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With Eviny Termo As For The Supply Of District Heating For Heating Rooms And Hot Tap Water. The District Heating Will Mainly Be Supplied To Haukeland University Hospital, And A Smaller Volume Will Be Supplied To Other Buildings In Bergen Owned By Bergen Hospital Trust. The Expected Net Annual Consumption Of Heat Including Tap Water Is Approx. 37 Gwh, With An Estimated Peak Power Output Of 12 Mw. The Contract Will Be Valid For Three Years, With An Option To Extend The Licence Period. Eviny Termo As Has A Licence For District Heating In Bergen And Surrounding Areas. Bergen Hospital Trust Has Not Succeeded In Finding Other Tenderers That Can Supply The Service. The Contract Is Therefore Exempt From A Contest As Competition Is Not Possible Due To The Tenderer Having Exclusive Rights To The Delivery, Cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 13-4 (b) 3).
