This is a single supplier framework. The Council will contact the successful supplier on an annual basis for costs in relation to our specific requirements.

New South Pier Repair Works-Design, manufacture and installation of PCC Coping units. Once installed these allow the remainder of the cross-section of the coping to be reinforced then infilled with concrete. Once the new copings are constructed the reinforced deck area can then be constructed. Other works to the other areas of the Pier including the upper deck

Caroline Street Flood Alleviation Works-In July 2019, heavy storms caused many houses in the Caroline Street, Sunderland to internally flood. Investigation into the area showed that the existing combined drainage system that takes the surface water is over capacitated and therefore means that the area floods whenever there is a heavy rainfall. A new Surface Water drainage system is to be installed to deal with the heavy rainfall.

Libraries Uplifted - RFID Requirements-Please note this contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparency purposes only. The Council wishes to appoint a sole supplier for the purchase various RFID items of infrastructure, as well as the provision of a tagging service across several Council library sites. The contract is for the one-off supply and was awarded via Lot 1 - Library RFID Solutions of the ESPO Library Hardware Solutions 350_23 Framework.
