Contract 54-2023-03 Vest-Finnmark, with a deadline for receipt of tenders by 20 February, includes asphalt work on the National and European road network in western Finnmark. The contractor is responsible for familiarising himself with the stretches in the contract before the start-up.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration [Statens vegvesen] would like tender offers for the development and adaptation of a new system for dimensioning and analysis of road superstructures. The goal is to develop a data system that is adapted to current needs and that can replace the form-based system in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's road construction norms (N200).

The assignment includes operational and maintenance assignments, with functional responsibility for some of the assignments, on national roads and national foot/cycle paths with associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in Storfjord, Balsfjord, Tromsø, Målselv, and Bardu Municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapters chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20. The contract period is from and including 2023-09-01 to and including 2028-08-31 for all of the described assignments. The road network covered by the assignment, (including metered arms, ramps, junction parts, and side installation parts, but not included in the connection links or oncoming lanes) consists of: A total of 305.346 km roads, split between 275.572 km of national roads 29.774 km of national foot/cycle paths

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Office for Vehicle Registration, requests tenders for a framework agreement for the delivery of number plates for vehicles. The agreement shall include production and distribution of number plates for vehicles. The volume is dependent on the sales of vehicles and requirements the authority always put on number plates. The average production volume over the last 4 years is 692,011 number plates per year. Production is assumed to remain at the same level in coming years, but this is subject to both a decrease and an increase. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for number plates in the Norwegian market and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Contract 54-2023-02 North Troms, including the Tromsø area, with the tender deadline 20 February, consists of asphalt work in North Troms and the Tromsø area. The contractor is responsible for familiarising himself with the stretches in the contract before the start-up.

Contract 54-2023-02 Hålogaland, with the tender deadline 20 February, consists of asphalt work in North Nordland and South Troms. The contractor is responsible for familiarising himself with the stretches in the contract before the start-up.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration [Statens vegvesen], hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, would like to receive tender offers for IR scanning (infrared scanning) for asphalt work in 2023. The objective of the heat measurements is to record temperature variations in the road surface immediately after the asphalt work. The heat measurements shall be carried out with infrared thermographic measuring equipment. The assignment comprises IR scanning of asphalt works for 21 surface contracts that will be executed in 2023.
