The Written Knowledge Exam Is A Prerequisite For The Issuance Of A Department Of State Driver’s License For Certain Members Of The Foreign Mission Community. The Goal Of This Proctoring Service Is To Provide The Foreign Mission Community A Convenient And Efficient Way To Obtain The Written Knowledge Exam So That Foreign Mission Members May Obtain Their Department Of State Driver’s License. the Contractor Will Provide All Personnel, Resources And Supplies Necessary To Complete The Development, Deployment, And Maintenance Of A Remote Proctoring Service For Use By Foreign Mission Members From Personal Computer Devices. The Contractor Is Required To Maintain The Written Knowledge Examinations Provided By Ofm, Provide A Web-based Platform To Administer The Examination, Monitor The Examination In Real Time, And Provide The Proctor’s Observations And Test Results To Ofm.
