Tender opportunity for the repair and reinstatement of a slabbed footpath through public open space. The path runs north/south through Grangewood park and is part tarmac, and part slabbed with 385mm x 385mm slabs. The slabbed path runs through the wooded area of the park and was installed a number of years ago, but its structure has been compromised by tree roots and water travel creating an unsafe surface in some areas. The path is approximately 380m in length (950m2). General The parish council intends to award the tender by the end of May 2021. Works must be completed by 16th July 2021, and within two weeks of the commencement date.
