The charter will be of 14 days duration, starting 23rd April 2024 from a North or Northwest Scottish Port (at the discretion of overseeing scientist and master).

Charter for Exploratory Plankton Survey-(SC Ref:768914) Marine Directorate invites a tender from pelagic vessels of overall length greater than 60m to undertake a plankton survey in the region of the Rockall Trough, West of Ireland and West of Scotland. The charter will be of 16 days duration and start on the 13th May 2024, departing from Ullapool. Offloading, upon completion of the survey will be undertaken from the same port. Transit time to the survey start point/end point is approximately 24 hours.
