Tender for Glazing Supply and Fit to Tenanted Properties-Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council had a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a 2-year term service to undertake Supply and Fix Glazing. The work is of a responsive nature on properties owned by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The work will include Tenanted properties, Void Properties and Public Buildings.

Tollhouse Way Phase 4 Cycleway Scheme-Implementation of a new cycleway route incorporating realignments of existing kerblines, new drainage, new carriageway and footway surfacing, new lining and signing, removal and replanting of trees. An upgrade to the existing signalised junction with Tollhouse Way, Soho Way and Crocketts Lane will also be implemented.

Blackheath Bus Interchange-The proposal includes radical changes to the carriageway by removing the central roundabout and introducing a two way traffic around a public space area and a new dedicated bus only lane to accommodate new bus shelters. The public realm area have high quality paved surfacing, new improved drainage, new seating areas with benches and bins, new improvement to the existing street lighting, and street trees and soft landscape areas.

Tender for Water Hygiene-Tender for Water Hygiene - SMBC 24029 - This contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 – Risk Assessment, Consultancy Services and Training - Lot 2 – Monitoring and Remedial Works.
