A57 Todwick Crossroads Design-This project aims to undertake a detailed feasibility study for intervention at the A57 Roundabout and concurrently explore broader sustainable economic development opportunities along the A57 corridor between Swallownest and Dinnington. The initiative seeks to enhance traffic flow and safety, while also identifying avenues for sustainable economic growth, with a focus on multimodal transport options. Castle View day Centre & Housing Development-This development is to further develop the Council-owned Warden Street/Castle Avenue site in Canklow. This will provide much needed housing and social care provision on a site that has been dormant for many years. It will include two adult care apartments and one larger property providing accommodation with support, along with 13 new homes for council rent. Two-stage process with Stage 1 PCSA and Stage 2 Build.
