Contract awarded for an initial term of 17-months, 4-weeks plus the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months making the call-off expiry date 31 December 2026.

Ridgeway - Adaptation-The project comprises a single storey rear extension and internal alterations to provide additional living accommodation (safe room) to the ground floor of a semi-detached property. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works £0-£150k). Start and end dates are provisional, 12 week contract period.

Collection and Removal of Domestic Furniture and Appliances and Other General Services-The ad-hoc delivery, collection, removal and disposal of furniture and appliances within Council owned properties. The contract will also include other general services such as removal and disposal of carpets, general household and garden waste. The Council does not guarantee any volumes of work or levels of spend as a result of this contract.
