Rælingen Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for ongoing plumbing services with a tenderer.

Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the municipality's ongoing need for sub-contracts related to constructional works for the Property Department's maintenance service. The service shall mainly include the renovation and functional adjustments of the current municipal purpose-built buildings and flats. The contract is intended to supplement the municipality's existing DPS for craft services and renovation of houses for rent.

The procurement will cover the municipality's total need for: 1) Daily and regular cleaning 2) Periodical cleaning 3) Maintenance of floors 4) Cleaning related service assignments 5) Additional services that are ordered as required; temporary staff services, window cleaning, spring cleaning, building cleaning, etc.

Tender invitation under DPS child welfare services - client number 1576.

The aim of the procurement is to ensure the execution excavation and site assignments when the municipality does not have employees and/or machinery to carry out the assignment. The assignments will be short term and of varying size, and will mainly be an extension of the municipality's operation and maintenance within roads, water and sewage, property, and IFF. One framework agreement will be signed with 1 (one) tenderer.

Rælingen would like to lease 6 electric vehicles for use in the home care service under the existing purchasing system.

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the municipality's need for internet based grocery shopping for smaller units. Smaller units means service places that order food in small packages, do not have storage capacity, and that require quick deliveries. The contract will mainly be used by schools, nurseries, and houses, but could also be used by all service places in the municipality.
