Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi przewozu i holowania pojazdów oraz części pojazdów o maksymalnej masie całkowitej do 3,5 tony DMC, zabezpieczonych przez Policję do celów procesowych, na terenie obszarów podległych: KPP w Lwówku Śląskim, KPP w Miliczu, KPP w Trzebnicy, oraz przewozy uszkodzonych pojazdów służbowych do wskazanego miejsca naprawy.

1. Usługi przechowywania pojazdów zabezpieczonych przez Policję do dalszego postępowania procesowego na terenie podległym KPP w Trzebnicy. 2. Warunki jakie powinien spełniać parking przeznaczony do przechowywania pojazdów i części samochodowych zabezpieczanych przez Policję do celów procesowych Zamawiający opisał w PPU, które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Postępowanie nie zostało podzielone na części. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest złożyć ofertę na całość usług przewidzianych w postępowaniu. Wskazanie ilości dób przechowywania depozytów na terenie powiatu trzebnickiego - orientacyjna ilość dób przechowywania depozytów poniżej 3,5 tony – 2100, - orientacyjna ilość dób przechowywania depozytów powyżej 3,5 tony – 555.
