It ensures that fraud investigations follow a deterministic path from instigation and initial triage, through to closure and post-case review.

Setting Up Digital Mailroom - Hybrid Service-Hybrid Mail, Digital and Transformational Communications. To support the new Buyer hybrid model of working the Estates Team plan to launch a digital mailroom. All incoming/outgoing mail will be processed via the Supplier on a daily basis to deliver a consistent service to colleagues and enable customers mail to be reviewed more promptly.

IT Controls - Rapid Improvement-Ofgem would like to procure the services of a supplier to look at an IT improvement programme using proven methodology and inhouse toolsets to provide structure and quick results to the Incident/Problem/Change improvement activities.
