Patentstyret would like to enter into a contract for cleaning services for Patentstyret's new premises in Valle Vision.

Klepp Municipality, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the operation of a laundry service reserved for protected organisations and economic operators whose purpose is to assist the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons. Klepp Municipality is a municipality in Rogaland with a population of just over 20,000. More information about the contracting authority can be found at www.klepp.kommune.no. The contest is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the delivery of games, toys, and art materials. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract. The estimated value per year and maximum value for the entire agreement period per group, including any options and expected price increases, is stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Physical delivery of approximately 44.13 GWh electric power per year, portfolio management, energy statistics and reinvoicing of fees and expences for renting the electrical grid. Approx. 6.89 GWh of the total volume per year concerns delivery to electric boilers which are not included in the volume for portfolio rmanagement.

Oslo Municipality's entities have a continual need to procure licences and management of the municipality's licence contracts with the rights owners. Licence management is necessary in order to fulfil obligations to be correctly licences, at the same time that Oslo Municipality's costs must be kept at the lowest possible level in relation to the wanted access to functionality. A licence manager contributes to an overview of consumption and ownership; both Oslo Municipality as a whole, and for individual entities. In addition consultancy assistance will be requested in the field in the form of advice, courses, and training in order to cover any future needs.

Contract cultivation of trees and perennials is part of the Sandvika Centre East urban project, which will transform Sandvika East into an attractive town with a rich selection of businesses, restaurants, public and private services, cultural experiences, offices, and housing. In 2026/2027, the contracting authority will be planting trees, perennials and plants in the new district of Sandvika Centre East, and would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer in order to ensure delivery of the agreed origin, agreed size and agreed quality of plants to Sandvika Centre East. Plants and trees must be grown in the right climatic conditions to achieve the desired quality in urban areas in the given location, and a contract must be signed now to achieve the right quality for planting in 2026/2027. This contest has been previously announced and interrupted due to a lack of received tenders. It is therefore being re-announced.

Evaluation of the changes in Norwegian corporate income tax. The contracting authority extends an invitation to this tender contest for the evaluation of the changes in Norwegian corporate income tax. The project will submit an analysis report in order to evaluate the effects of the changes in corporate income tax in the period 2013-2019. More information about the assignment is described in Annex 1 of the contract. The consultant will be expected to start work immediately after the contract has been signed. The report must be completed by 30 August 2024, as specified in Annex 3 of the contract. The expected contract value is up to NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement to gain access to the necessary consumables/equipment that ensures that the Contracting Authority's terminals work optimally for users in relation to the emergency network, so that the communication channel works as intended.

The aim of the procurement is to assist the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development with the follow-up of the New Altinn programme and to contribute to strengthening the quality of this follow-up. The programme was established in spring 2023 and it is a multi-department programme that covers a project for the modernisation of Altinn in the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency. The programme also covers projects in the Brønnøysund Register Centre (BR), SSB, and the Norwegian Tax Administration for transferring services from Altinn II to Altinn 3, as well as the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency's work to assist other departments that have services on Altinn II by moving these services to Altinn 3. The programme is scheduled to run until June 2026 and will be managed by the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency. A programme board will be established consisting of managers for Digdir, BR, the Norwegian Tax Administration, and SSB. A first round of external quality assurance of the programme was carried out in spring 2023. The external quality assurance is scheduled to continue in the winter 2023/2024.

The contest is for the provision of electro services for Sirkula IKS, Renovasjonsselskapet GLØR IKS, Hadeland og Ringerike Avfallsselskap AS, and Horisont Miljøpark IKS. The total value of the procurement for all groups is estimated to be: NOK 5,700,000 excluding VAT per year. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is: NOK 27,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
