Norsk Tipping will outsource the operation of the company's canteen to an external supplier. In autumn 2022, Norsk Tipping decided to transfer its canteen operations. The business transfer was not carried out with the aim of financial gain, but with the objective of maintaining a good offering for Norsk Tipping's employees and guests. The transfer of up to two employees may be part of the contract.

The contest is for a framework agreement for the provision of temporary health staff; health workers, social educators, nurses, and specialist nurses. The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT a year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Tromsø Municipality is holding a contest in two stages for the procurement of a 24 hour residential and welfare offer for one of our users.

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement(s) for the Norwegian Tax Administration's requirements for postal services related to the following: Collection and courier services Franking services Distribution of letters and parcels For a more detailed description of the procurement see the requirement specification in Annex 1.

The contest is for the provision of child welfare services, day, evening, night, 24-hour, and weekend measures. The service need of each person is individual and must be considered when this contract is entered into and when ordering of services is implemented. Each assignment must be tailored in relation to the individual's need and the municipality's decisions about services. The need for child welfare services varies in scope and will be procured individually on a case-by-case basis. The municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with several providers to ensure accessibility, good terms, and compliance with the regulations.
