Narvik Municipality needs temporary doctor services for the Emergency Doctor Surgery, institutions, and health centres. Relevant places of work can be Narvik, Ballangen, Kjøpsvik, or Bjerkvik. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers. If a contract is entered into with three tenderers, these will be ranked according to the award criteria. Requests for the supply of medical locum services will be awarded to the highest ranked tenderer in the first instance. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have the capacity to provide the requested temporary doctor services, the request will be awarded to the second highest ranked tenderer. Th estimated value of the contract is about NOK 12 million for the entire contract period ( 2 + 1 + 1 years), including options and excluding VAT. The maximum value including all options is estimated at NOK 15 million. Note that the contracting authority is not bound to any specific volume.

The contest concerns the delivery of a framework agreement for course and conference events for the Norwegian Mediation Service. The area around Gardermoen will be the primary course and conference area, as participants take flights from all over the country. Option: If need, the Norwegian Mediation Service would like to use course and conference hotels in the centre of Oslo. In addition to this, we would like tenderers to offer hotels in other large and medium sized towns in Norway. The Norwegian Mediation Service reserves the right to use other suppliers for special events. It is the Norwegian Mediation Service that will define what events are deemed to be special. The procurement value is estimated to be: NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT a year. The maximum value of the contract, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 13,000,000 excluding VAT.
