The delivery areas that must be covered are in-store sales services, mystery shopper and telephonic follow-up of the sales locations. The Mystery shopper supplier is not allowed to deliver in-store sales services or telephone follow-up.

Norsk Tipping needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of computer and office supplies. Norsk Tipping currently has a small warehouse for storing offices and computer supplies. There can also be urgent orders at times. The warehouse is updated by Norsk Tipping’s internal resources at Norsk Tipping, who ensure ordering and replenishing the warehouse as needed.
