OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR MIC AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATIONS-1.1 Seven(7) Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AAQMS) are installed in and around Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC). The stations are managed by QP on behalf of the Laffan Environmential Society (LES) which has membership from the End-User companies operating in RLIC. These stations require proper day to day operation and maintenance to ensure reliable data is being generated which conform to the minimum data capture rate as per the legal requirements four(4)Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations (AAQMS) are installed in and around Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC) 1.2,,The objective of the CONTRACT is to maintain and operate the AAQMS on a continuous basis in order to monitor the ambient air quality and meteorological parameters at the mentioned locations. Of primary importance for this CONTRACT is to maintain a greater than ninety percent (> 90%) Data Capture Rate (DCR) for all parameters measured at all times as well as to ensure reliability of results generated through a systematic data validation process. 1.3,,Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, CONTRACTOR shall supply all consumables, spare parts, services, supervision, equipment, materials and each and every item of expense necessary for the operation and maintenance and data handling of the AAQMS for RLC & MIC.

PROVISION OF WELLHEAD AND DOWNHOLE REPAIR SERVICES FOR DRILLING OPERATIONS-1),,Contractor shall provide and maintain all required specialized Contractor Personnel labor, associated services, expertise, supervision, project management, analyses, design, testing, supplying of special pressure activated sealant or WellLock resin or equivalent as applicable, consumable materials, warehousing, offices, temporary facilities, tools, special equipment, repair services, preparing and submitting end of job report, each and every item of expense necessary for carrying out wellhead and downhole leak repair by pressure activated sealant or WellLock resin or equivalent on a Call-Off basis for Onshore and Offshore operations. 2),,Contractor shall carryout the following activities, as a minimum to the extent required, in repairing each well: Part I,, a),,Repairing of the well head (tubing and casing hangers) by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations. b),,Repairing of the downhole leaking tubing by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations. c),,Repairing of the downhole leaking casing by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations. d),,Repairing of the SCSSSV control line leaks by pressure activated sealant for Onshore and Offshore operations. e),,Repairing of Umbilicals and subsea tree components leaks by pressure activated sealant for Offshore operations. Part II,, Repairing of the downhole micro-annulus in the cemented annuli by WellLock resin or equivalent for onshore and offshore operations. 3),,Contract duration for the Services shall be valid for 03 years, with the option for 5 years from the Effective Date; in addition to 2 calendar months for the initial mobilization and inspection

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HAZARDOUS WASTE TREATMENT CENTRE IN MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY-Operation and maintenance of Hazardous Waste Treatment Centre (HWTC) located at Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC). The HWTC includes Truck Weigh Bridge, Administrative Building, Laboratory, Stabilization & Solidification Facility (SSF), Liquid Hazardous Waste Treatment Facility (LHWTF), Class-I Landfill, Class-II Landfill, Landfarming Cell, Oily Waste Treatment Facility (OWTF), Maintenance Building, Fire Water Storage Tanks & Fire Water Pumping Station, Air Compressors, Heavy Equipment Area, Storage Area etc. It also includes the provision of the required vehicles / equipment to faciliate the transportation of the hazardous waste from various industrial areas as well as other specialised equipment / vehicles that are required to meet the operation need.

CALL-OFF SERVICES FOR POWER FACTOR ANALYSIS, OIL FILTRATION / TESTING AND OTHER TESTS FOR DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-Call off Services for Power Factor Analysis, Oil Filtration for Five (5) years at Mesaieed Operations. CONTRACTOR shall carryout Power Factor Analysis (PFA) and other performance/analytical tests including transformer oil testing/filtration/top-up for the oil-immersed distribution transformers at QP facilities Mesaieed Operations. Distribution Transformers are located within substations in NGL 1, 2, 3, and 4 plants as well as NGL storage and loading facilities, Terminal area, Multi-Product Berth, Crude Oil Tank Farm and Arab-D.Oil filtration with/without oil passivation & power factor analysis for the distribution transformers to be done as per Scope of Services. Transformer oil is mineral / Silicone type.

REHABILITATION OF CRUDE OIL TANK T15 AND NAPHTA STORAGE TANKS QJA17 & QJA18 IN MESAIEED TANK FARM-Rehabilitation of crude oil tank T15 and Naphtha storage tanks QJA17 & QJA18 in Mesaieed tank farm Contractor shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, equipment, tools, consumables, material and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of the following: Desludging and cleaning of tanks to hot work status. Internal and external inspection of tanks. Rehabilitation of tanks involving all mechanical,electrical,instrumentation,civil and coating works.

MAINTENANCE OF HVAC SYSTEMS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Maintenance and replacement works of HVAC Systems at QP Refinery Assets such as Substations, Satellite Equipment Rooms, Central Refinery Control Building, Administration Buildings, Workshops, Warehouses, Analyser Houses, Operator Rooms and each and every Refinery Asset cointaining any Central or Integral HVAC Unit of all types and sizes. HVAC types and sizes vary from Small, Medium and Large capacity Air-Conditioning equipment, categorized as Window type A/Cs, Split Type A/Cs, Package Type A/Cs, Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller, Air Cooled Reciprocating Chiller, Air Cooled Screw Type Chiller and Explosion Proof & Non-Explosion Proof Self-Contained AC, Nitrogen Plant Refrigeration System. CONTRACTOR shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools, material, spare parts and each and every item of expense, necessary for the performance of services on call-off contract basis for the period of five (5) years.

MAINTENANCE OF ELV SYSTEMS AT QP LOCATIONS-Maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems at Doha, DCA, MIC and RLIC

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE SYSTEM WITHIN DUKHAN CONCESSION AREA-Contractor shall perform the services which shall include supply of all manpower, services, supervision, equipment, machineries, tools, and every item of expense necessary for providing operation and maintenance of sewage system within Dukhan Concession Area (DCA)on routine and call off basis. The Scope of Services includes carrying out all operation and maintenances activities related to the sewage system including sewage collection, pumping, treatment plant, solid wastes disposal, Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) transportation for irrigation, jetting of all sewer lines, releasing of blockages in the sewage system, and lifting of stagnant storm water and supply of potable water by tankers within DCA. Contract duration shall be sixty one (61) calendar months which includes one (1) calendar month mobilization period.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR FIRE TRUCKS IN QP INDUSTRIAL CITIES (RAS LAFFAN AND MESAIEED)-MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR FIRE TRUCKS IN QP INDUSTRIAL CITIES (RAS LAFFAN AND MESAIEED) CONTRACTOR shall provide a specified part of the SERVICES on a regular and routine basis and a specified part of the SERVICES on call off basis, as and when required by QP. CONTRACTOR shall provide experienced, trained and qualified manpower to perform the preventive and breakdown maintenance services for fire trucks.

PROVISION OF STRUCTURED CABLING SERVICE ON CALL-OFF BASIS-QP IT Network Engineering Division requires provision of structured cabling as base infrastructure on call-off basis in order to facilitate IT applications and services. This includes the installation, testing and commissioning of coaxial/copper/fiber plant and related accessories.
