The European Parliament was looking for an operator for a period of seven years from September 2023 to commercially operate an organic catering point located in the central gallery, or ‘mall’, on the ground floor of the Spinelli Building in Brussels, an area of approximately 85 m2(currently comprising 42 seats), plus a preparation area of approximately 65 m2.

The subject matter of the FWC is to arrange and manage the provision, to the contracting authority, of subscriptions to the general and international press: — by hand delivery in Brussels-Capital Region (lot 1); — excluding hand-delivered subscriptions (lot 2).
