Love Clean Streets-Love Clean Streets is an App that is used by residents to report flytipping and other street issues. It is easy for residents to use and it is widely used by local authorities. It is also planned to integrate it with Yotta/Alloy the new application that will be replacing Contender and CIVICA App. This will enable streamlined administration of assigning resource to deal with the reported issues.

Telephony migration to the cloud-Adept currently holds the Avaya licenses to support the LBI telephony system and own the contract with Gamma who deliver the SIP trunks and all the LBI DDI numbers. This current contract is due to expire on the 30 September 2022 not leaving enough time re-tender for a new support contract or migrate to a full cloud telephony solution.

CACI Childview - Youth Justice Management Information System-The CACI ChildView application is the primary recording and case management tool used by the Youth Offending Service (and a number of neighbouring Youth Offending Services) to record the activities undertaken by the Youth Offending Team in relation to LBI's statutory responsibilities. Childview is also used to generate statutory reports for the Youth Justice Board, which can be securely transferred to the Youth Justice Board from within the system.

Provision of Firewall Support-This contract is for the provision of remote support for both software and hardware Firewalls and associated supporting platforms at Islington. The support will include vendor licensing for software updates. Services offered on firewalls are license based and these licenses need to be renewed to ensure continued protection.
