Bevin Court Heating Source System Renewal-The council seeks to procure a suitably qualified contractor to replace the existing gas boilers with a cascade heat pump system. This will include the combining of two heat pump technologies, air and water source. The new technology uses a cascade system that will enable continued use of the existing heating distribution network and existing radiators in residents' flats saving considerable cost.

A MWSEA allows the Council to legally access all the licensed software and products we require from Microsoft. These products include Windows operating system running our laptop devices, Microsoft 365 productivity such as Excel,Outlook, Word etc, and collaborative tools OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage plus supporting databases services through Microsoft SQL.

Concerto Asset and CAFM Solution-A CAFM system is essentially digital facilities management software designed to manage buildings and facilities, coordinating physical workplace and facilities with the people and the operations of the Council. The CAFM system will integrate the principles of business administration, architecture and the usage behaviour data in one manageable place. A modern CAFM system will provide integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and enterprise asset management software (EAM) software.
