Aurea Library Plan - Onyx CRM 2024 with Bourne Valley Systems-LBI are unable to renew the contract directly with the supplier as they do not offer the option of using a contract framework. The only option is to renew via a G cloud reseller. Bourne Valley Systems is the only Onyx reseller. Only 1 organisation Bourne Valley Systems were invited to tender as they are the only organisation that provide Aurea Library Plan - Onyx CRM.

BACS migration project-The BACS service is used to make automated payments between bank accounts. In the case of the payroll service this translates into the council's bank, making salary/pension payments to thousands of bank accounts for millions of pounds every calendar month. Payroll currently have a solution in place, but it does not have many of the security features that other modern solutions do, e.g., role-based access, multi-factor authentication, etc.

ICasework-the council must ensure that it has processes in place so that data breaches are reported and investigated in a timely manner and reported to the ICO within 72 hours. Use of a case management system specifically designed to manage this work has meant that some of the time-consuming tasks have been automated. This has meant the IG team has been able to take on more requests corporately and there has been an overall increase in compliance.

Multi Functional Device x 4 -Large scale Print Room Equipment-The Print Service team is part of the newly created Production and Distribution services unit, that receives several hundred requests per year from the service to produce printed materials that meet the needs and expectations of the organisation. By increasing print capacity in the print room, we would be able to reduce the amount of print being done via the MFDs and by external print companies, giving us more oversight and control.

Civica Contract-This service is for the management of our incoming mail (scanning services, indexing, archiving, storage and destruction), in order to digitize and process all physical and electronic files. Civica also handles the management of any cheques sent in the post. The cheques are processed, scanned and banked on Parking's behalf.
