Warmth on Prescription-This contract is to install a range of energy efficiency measures at domestic properties funded by the Warmth on Prescription (WOPR) scheme. Households have been identified as eligible for works by the Energy Advice team due to having disability or long-term health conditions that make them vulnerable to the effects of living in cold homes. Installations will be in Islington Council tenanted properties and are expected take place in 74 properties.

Concerto Asset and CAFM Solution-A CAFM system is essentially digital facilities management software designed to manage buildings and facilities, coordinating physical workplace and facilities with the people and the operations of the Council. The CAFM system will integrate the principles of business administration, architecture and the usage behaviour data in one manageable place. A modern CAFM system will provide integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and enterprise asset management software (EAM) software.

Network Resilience 3rd Party Data Centre-The Futurework requirement for an early closure of Newington Barrow Way and the IDS Cloud first strategy has led to a decision to host the resilient network landing zone (currently located in NBW) in a third party data-centre.
