KWP - winter service - framework agreement - The KWP intends to award winter services (snow clearing and spreading as well as thaw control) for all objects (houses for living and pensioners' club) of the KWP in Vienna. The KWP intends to conclude a “Framework Agreement on Winter Service Services for the KWP” for the needs of the KWP's Houses for Living and Pensioners' Clubs. The service contract for the tendered services should be concluded with the first-ranked bidder (initial call-off). The service contract is concluded for a period of one year. KWP – specialist planning for fire alarm systems - The client intends to modernize the existing fire alarm systems in an estimated 12 pensioners’ residential buildings in Vienna – to the technically required extent in each case. This initially requires specialist planning services from the field of fire protection with regard to fire alarm systems. For details, see the service description (part 2).

KWP - specialist planning - elevator systems - The client intends to have elevator systems appraised and modernized to the extent technically required. Furthermore, the existing maintenance contracts and emergency call and emergency rescue contracts are to be reviewed from a technical and economic point of view. In addition, an LV for the assessment of the systems by an accredited test center is to be drawn up. This initially requires specialist planning services from the area of technical equipment in relation to elevator systems.
