Asset Management Valuation Service-Kent County Council have appointed Wilks Head & Eve on a 4 month contract to provide a property asset valuation service to the Council. They will provide up to date valuations on the Council's property assets in line with CIPFA codes of practice.

Cleaning will be undertaken every 4 months with all equipment cleaned at every library each time.
