Asset Management Valuation Service-Kent County Council have appointed Wilks Head & Eve on a 4 month contract to provide a property asset valuation service to the Council. They will provide up to date valuations on the Council's property assets in line with CIPFA codes of practice.

SC23128 - Bredhurst Byway Restoration-The main items of work are on a restricted byway, with multiple users, woodland landowners and managers. The area of byway between the church at Bredhurst and the middle of Bredhurst Woodlands is in need of significant repair, to allow for usual traffic plus woodland management.

SC23159 - LRA Public PC Cleaning-LRA need to re-tender the contract for the cleaning of public use ICT equipment which forms part of LRA's core offer across its 99 libraries. This currently includes: •525 public PCs •96 MFDs and photocopiers •78 flatbed scanners Equipment is heavily used and therefore requires periodic cleaning. Cleaning will be undertaken every 4 months with all equipment cleaned at every library each time.
