Single Party Framework for multi-disciplinary consultancy services for Fingal County Council for industrial zones, infrastructure & public realm projects.(FCC/284/22 refers) Initial Contract: Stephenstown Industrial Estate Internal Road Network to include the preparation of a Masterplan for the development of Fingal County Council’s Industrial Landbank at Stephenstown Balbriggan, incorporating any existing private planning permissions for the industrial development of lands adjacent to/in proximity to the Council’s holdings including screening for EIA/SEA/AA as required and any ecological surveys/assessments required.

In summary, the Services comprise: (1) dynamic application security testing and (2) Expert post-sales Advisory to ensure that the tool can be successfully installed, configured and integrated by the Department’s staff into the Department’s development environment. Its purpose is to ensure that the tooling is used and configured correctly, to help the Department’s developers in understanding and remediating highlighted security issues, and to extend the scope of the tooling using custom scripts where a need is determined to be required. Since 1st November 2007 the Utility Regulator of Northern Ireland (UREGNI) and the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) together referred to as the Regulatory Authorities or RAs, have jointly regulated the all-Island wholesale electricity market known as the Single Electricity Market (SEM) covering both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The decision-making body which governs the market is the SEM Committee (SEMC). The Contracting Authorities require modelling software that has an ability to forecast wholesale electricity prices and generator schedules which range from scenario analysis to directly setting forward contracts prices and volumes. Cork City Council requires caretaking services for its Traveller accommodation sites. Cork City Council requires a daily caretaking service between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Caretakers will be required to report to the Traveller Accommodation Unit. Cork City Council will require a sufficient number of staff on a daily basis.

The Galway Sluice Barrage (also known as the Weir) located on Earls Island in Galway City controls the flow of water from Lough Corrib to Galway bay. The Barrage was constructed in 1959 as part of the Arterial Works on the Corrib System. The Sluice Barrage is made up of 14 modern hydraulic gates and 2 older wooden pen stock type gates with a fish pass in the centre of the weir. The weir structure and all weir components are to be surveyed, inspected and tested. A comprehensive report detailing the condition of the weir and all weir components is required along with recommendations, options and proposals for any repair work deemed necessary.
