Expressions of interest were sought to tender for the provision of specialist financial advisory services to assist the National Development Finance Agency (“NDFA”), Transport Infrastructure Ireland (“TII”) and the National Transport Authority (“NTA”) in their respective roles in relation to the anticipated MetroLink project, MetroLink PPP project and related matters. The successful tenderer will be instructed by the NDFA and the work of the successful tenderer will be co-ordinated by the NDFA but the end user of the successful tenderer’s services will be the NDFA, TII and the NTA. References to NDFA contained in this contract notice refer to the National Treasury Management Agency when performing its functions as the NDFA under Part 4 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014.

The project involves the following, *The delivery of a three storey Community Public Building to accommodate a number of local community organisations with both stand-alone and shared office and public reception functions; *The delivery of a three storey Remote Working Hub building to incorporate civic use lettable space at ground floor and to accommodate lettable office space for various private companies with shared office facilities on upper levels; *The delivery of a large public plaza area, event space; *The delivery of public realm improvements to adjoining streets and laneways; * All ancillary works associated with this phase. A contract to appoint an investment manager to provide investment management services in respect of the Central Bank’s portfolio of equities.

Cork Education and Training proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a number of framework agreements (8 in total) for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of applied technology/technology equipment at designated Cork ETB sites as required.

The scope will be a Framework Agreement which will include the maintenance of Heating and Plumbing Systems and, potentially, some minor installations across the various Dublin Bus Depots in the City and County of Dublin. The maximum duration of this Framework Agreement is five (5) years including the two (2) optional extensions. Lot 1 is for plumbing and heating maintenance services for a three-year period plus an option for two twelve-month periods. This lot will be awarded to the overall highest-ranked tenderer. Lot 2 is New Installations and works estimated to be greater than ten thousand Euro (€10,000) in value. All work under Lot 2 will be awarded by mini competition. All members, including the winner of Lot 1, will be invited, and will be eligible to tender for, all works under Lot 2.

Multi-Party Framework Agreement for residential works projects with a value range between €5,000,000 – 25,000,000 for Dublin City Council. Stage 2- Tender Housing Project, Infirmary Road, Dublin 7. Projects to be delivered under the framework may include, new build, refurbishment and retrofit residential projects with an estimated value range between €5,000,000 - €25,000,000.

The Contracting Authority is Cork ETB and it is responsible for the delivery of services in the following location: Cork City and County.The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of transport services (Bus) for Cork ETB students/participants travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. This list is not exhaustive. The framework is divided into eight (8) lots by geographical location.

The National Transport Authority (NTA) plans to implement a Consolidated Contact Centre (CCC), located on the island of Ireland, under the Transport For Ireland (TFI) brand. The NTA is seeking to engage a suitable party to provide the following services: to own and drive the mobilisation of the new CCC and transition of the existing customer contact capabilities to a CCC; to deliver a solution set to enable the CCC to meet its desired business outcomes and enable the CCC to meet business SLAs & KPIs; to manage the running of the CCC and corresponding processes and systems to support all customer interaction; to drive continuous improvement across the CCC to maximise customer experience & efficiency; to achieve & maintain compliance in relation to PCI, GDPR, Irish language and security standards; to manage operational risks; and to enable the NTA to meet its accessibility requirements.
