The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) issues the present Request for Proposal for the appointment of a company responsible for the planning, development and implementation of a Resource Mobilization Consultancy services, which comprises the development of a robust, forward-looking resource mobilization strategy which considers the changing landscape of the development partners/donors as well as assesses lessons learned from past and current resource mobilization efforts within ITU.The main objective of this RFP is to hire a specialized service provider to support BDT ongoing efforts to raise extra-budgetary funds for the implementation of activities and projects within the framework of the Action Plan adopted by the WTDC-2017.
