The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites Tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the Supply, Installation, and subsequent Maintenance of an Anti-Coagulation software system for Naas General Hospital, then for Connolly Hospital, with the option to extend to other hospitals, with each hospital having its own instance. The HSE reserves the right to utilise the outcome of this tender process for future similar requirements in the HSE and HSE funded Hospitals and other Health Care providers and Agencies as required. The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit tenders to provide Specialist Ergonomic Services for HSE Staff within Public Hospitals and Primary Care Services for a period of Three Years with an option to extend by a further two periods each of Twelve Months. The service provider will provide advice, assistance and solutions to the various ergonomic issues encountered within the HSE including Manual Handling, People Moving & Handling and ergonomic/ posture related musculoskeletal activities. This service will provide expert advice/recommendations where required regarding improvements /change in work place systems, tasks, equipment and will also focus on the design of work areas /work station set up and the provision of job specific ergonomic training.

A NATIONAL COURIER SERVICE FOR PRIMARY CARE REIMBURSEMENT SERVICE-The HSE wishes to establish a new contract for the provision of a Courier Service for the distribution of printed materials to various locations nationwide on behalf of the Primary Care Reimbursement Service (PCRS).The Service requirement is to collect boxes from a named location in Dublin and dispatched to various locations throughout the 26 counties in Ireland. Boxes generally weigh between 1Kg and 20Kg. Boxes must be collected at 3pm each day with a guaranteed next day delivery.

This process is for the provision of AHR services. This process is facilitated by way of an Authorisation Scheme. Please note that as the rates were set by the HSE, and all other criteria were deemed to be mandatory minimums, no award criteria were utilised (the weightings forming this Contract Award Notice are to allow publication of same and did not apply). Each provider will form part of the €20,000,000 available budget – for the avoidance of doubt, the overall project value is €20,000,000, and not that value awarded to each company. The reasons that the process is also being advertised on eTenders as an open procedure is to boost participation in the Authorisation Scheme, facilitate the submission of documents to a secure portal and to allow interested parties to request clarifications in a transparent and familiar manner.
