MAINTENANCE OF HVAC SYSTEMS AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-CONTRACTOR shall carry out the Maintenance and replacement works of HVAC Systems at QP Refinery Assets such as Substations, Satellite Equipment Rooms, Central Refinery Control Building, Administration Buildings, Workshops, Warehouses, Analyser Houses, Operator Rooms and each and every Refinery Asset cointaining any Central or Integral HVAC Unit of all types and sizes. HVAC types and sizes vary from Small, Medium and Large capacity Air-Conditioning equipment, categorized as Window type A/Cs, Split Type A/Cs, Package Type A/Cs, Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller, Air Cooled Reciprocating Chiller, Air Cooled Screw Type Chiller and Explosion Proof & Non-Explosion Proof Self-Contained AC, Nitrogen Plant Refrigeration System. CONTRACTOR shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools, material, spare parts and each and every item of expense, necessary for the performance of services on call-off contract basis for the period of five (5) years.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE SYSTEM WITHIN DUKHAN CONCESSION AREA-Contractor shall perform the services which shall include supply of all manpower, services, supervision, equipment, machineries, tools, and every item of expense necessary for providing operation and maintenance of sewage system within Dukhan Concession Area (DCA)on routine and call off basis. The Scope of Services includes carrying out all operation and maintenances activities related to the sewage system including sewage collection, pumping, treatment plant, solid wastes disposal, Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) transportation for irrigation, jetting of all sewer lines, releasing of blockages in the sewage system, and lifting of stagnant storm water and supply of potable water by tankers within DCA. Contract duration shall be sixty one (61) calendar months which includes one (1) calendar month mobilization period.

RLC GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSION VERIFICATION-1) Contractor shall provide QP on call-off basis, as and when required, consultancy services by deploying highly qualified, skilled, specialised and technically experienced personnel complying with the specified consultancy services requirements and every and each item necessary for carrying out various categories of verification process, analysis and submit reports and deliverables with recommendations. 2) The Contractor shall possess accreditation issued by a European Accreditation Organization based on ISO-14065 for Green House Gas (GHG) verification under EUTS Phase III 3) The Contractor shall verify which elements of the GHG Accounting & Reporting plan have been taken into account during the validation and permitting procedure by Operating Companies and which elements were not part of that validation and permitting process. On the basis of this assessment, Contractor will then perform the following: i.,,Scoping and Positioning ii.,,Strategic Analysis iii.,,Risk Analysis iv.,,Verification Plan v.,,Mid-term Management report. vi.,,Process Analysis (on-SITE verification) vii.,,Final Verification Report. 4) The major results of the verification are to be included in the detailed finding reports for all Operating Companies 5) Contract duration for the Services shall be four (4) years from the Effective Date.

Decommissioning/ Demolition of existing 12" diameter MOL (6.4km). 4.,,Construction of the Main Oil Lines related facilities (Pig Launcher / Receiver, valves, Fittings, Supports etc.) 5.,,A new Pipeline Monitoring System/Leak Detection System (LDS) shall be provided for the new pipelines. 6.,,New field instruments, including F&G detectors for local and remote monitoring, control and safeguarding of new pipelines shall be provided. 7.,,Carry out all modifications related to Process, Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Environmental and Loss Prevention works. 8.,,Carry out all the necessary modification for the utility systems. 9. The existing condensate lines /oily water lines (from WHTPs and other plants) shall be extended to connect to respective new MOL pipelines from the nearest point after duly blinding the tie-in point at the existing MOL pipelines.
