Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa samochodu przystosowanego do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych z terenu gminy Świdnica (województwo lubuskie) w ramach obszaru D programu pn. „Program wyrównywania różnic między regionami III”. Samochód ma być 9 – cio osobowy (8 miejsc dla pasażerów +1 Kierowca). Ma być przystosowany do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych i posiadać co najmniej 1 miejsce dostosowane do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich. Szczegółowy zakres (opis) przedmiotu zamówienia określa szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) – załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
