Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi bankowe - udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w wysokości 7.900.000,00 zł, słownie złotych: siedem milionów dziewięćset tysięcy. Kredyt przeznaczony został na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetowego na rok 2023 w związku z realizacją zadań inwestycyjnych. Wykorzystanie kredytu nastąpi w dwóch transzach, ostatnia w przewidywanym terminie do 15.12.2023 r. Spłata kredytu nastąpi w okresie 15 lat, w 60 ratach kwartalnych, w okresie od 31.01.2024 r. do 31.10.2038 r. Koszt kredytu to oprocentowanie ustalone wg stopy WIBOR 1M + stała marża Banku [%] przez cały okres kredytowania. Odsetki od kredytu naliczane będą w okresach miesięcznych. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo dokonania wcześniejszej spłaty kredytu bez poboru przez Wykonawcę-Bank pozostałych do zapłaty odsetek i dodatkowych opłat związanych z obsługą kredytu.
