Tender Results of Ferde As

Ferde AS wishes to enter into an agreement for the delivery, assembly and installation of equipment for securing and monitoring technical booths connected to toll stations. Ferde AS wants to upgrade the technical booths connected to toll stations. Training in the use of the system must be offered.

Ferde AS is subject to the regulations for public procurements and carries out several procurements during a year. As a starting point we carry out the procurements by using internal resources. However, in some circumstances we need external competence to be able to carry out the procurements. There may also be a need for some general assistance regarding procurements. W therefore want to enter into a framework agreement for procurement assistance. 

Ferde AS is a regional toll collection company that finances toll collection projects and collects tolls in Agder, Rogaland and Vestland counties. Ferde is organised as a joint-stock company and is owned by Vestland County, Rogaland County and Agder Country, one third each. The main office is in Bergen. The contest is being carried out in two phases with one qualification phase

Ferde will enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and maintenance of roadside equipment with one contractor. SSA-R Appendix 1 Annex 1 contains an overview of the expected call-offs under the framework agreement. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 50 150 million, with a maximum value of NOK 200 million. 

Ferde AS is in the last phase of developing a Toll Collection System (TCS). The system will support Ferde's core business, and is considered a business-critical system. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a long term partner in order to support operation and maintenance as well as contribute to further development of TCS. Ferde AS is looking for a supplier who can offer outstanding operational support, and simultaneously offer strategic consultancy services and support for development of the roadmap for the system.
