Dublin City Council (DCC) wishes to invite tenders using the Open Procedure to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of an Email filtering, DNS Management and Associated Services with a 24/7/365 SLA to provide email transport, security and filtering, to include live statistics, reporting, email continuity and supplementary services. A managed DNS services is also required, to include registration, maintenance and hosting of the DCC’s DNS records. The approach must be a software as a service (SaaS) solution with no local installation required.The framework period will be for 4 years.However, contracts may be awarded which extend beyond the lifetime of the Framework.An initial contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months,at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council.

Dublin City Council wishes to introduce the Community Wealth Building (CWB) concept across all services and operations. Dublin City Council CWB working group, through the participation of interactive workshops developed an Implementation Plan to help envisage the roll out of CWB across all services. Dublin City Council now seek to procure a support service provider to roll out the Implementation Plan , which charts clear and specific actions to be taken to introduce CWB to Dublin City Council operations. The deliverable output will be the successful inclusion of actions identified in the Implementation Plan to Dublin City Council operations. The timeframe of the initial contract (delivery plan) is 18 months, consideration will then be given to forming an external network of anchor institutions to spread the use of CWB throughout Dublin.

The contract will be issued for a one year period with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, to extend for a further two periods of one year each. Details are as follows: A full day market at Moore St, Dublin 1 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9.30am to 10pm, exact trading times to be proposed by the operator) There are currently 17 traders with existing licenses for the street who operate stalls Monday through Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm.
