Dublin City Council (DCC) wishes to invite tenders using the Open Procedure to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of an Email filtering, DNS Management and Associated Services with a 24/7/365 SLA to provide email transport, security and filtering, to include live statistics, reporting, email continuity and supplementary services. A managed DNS services is also required, to include registration, maintenance and hosting of the DCC’s DNS records. The approach must be a software as a service (SaaS) solution with no local installation required.The framework period will be for 4 years.However, contracts may be awarded which extend beyond the lifetime of the Framework.An initial contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months,at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council.

The project consists of a Greenway route along the bank of the Royal Canal over an approximate 2.1km length between North Strand Rd (Newcomen Br) and Phibsborough Rd (Cross Guns Br).

Dublin City Council wishes to introduce the Community Wealth Building (CWB) concept across all services and operations. Dublin City Council CWB working group, through the participation of interactive workshops developed an Implementation Plan to help envisage the roll out of CWB across all services. Dublin City Council now seek to procure a support service provider to roll out the Implementation Plan , which charts clear and specific actions to be taken to introduce CWB to Dublin City Council operations. The deliverable output will be the successful inclusion of actions identified in the Implementation Plan to Dublin City Council operations. The timeframe of the initial contract (delivery plan) is 18 months, consideration will then be given to forming an external network of anchor institutions to spread the use of CWB throughout Dublin.

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Intelligent Transport Equipment for Traffic Control and Management. The duration of the Framework is 4 years. In the past 12 months Dublin city Council have spent approximately €442,00. The framework agreement will encompass the Dublin City Council and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council administrative areas, but only Dublin City Council for deliveries etc. The Tender documents provide information with regard to the proposed Framework and a description of the procurement process. Tenderers, who are interested in tendering in this competition, should read all the documents and complete and return all the requested information in accordance with the Framework.

Dublin City Council proposes to procure a commercial operator to operate and manage a market at Moore St. Dublin 1. The contract will be issued for a one year period with the option, at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council, to extend for a further two periods of one year each. Details are as follows: A full day market at Moore St, Dublin 1 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9.30am to 10pm, exact trading times to be proposed by the operator) There are currently 17 traders with existing licenses for the street who operate stalls Monday through Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm. They must be fully considered and incorporated into any final proposal. It is envisaged that this additional market provision will complement the existing stalls. Works will involve general road construction works including roadway construction & repairs (flexible, rigid & permeable paving), Footway construction, repairs & refurbishment (including concrete, bituminous, brick, flags, granite etc.), Installation of kerbing and road channels, Road resurfacing and high friction antiskid surfacing and associated work including planing, regulation course, geogrids etc. Other ancillary works including installation of ducts, pipelaying, diversion of services,, construction of manhole chambers, traffic calming measures, erection of public lamp standards, landscaping, construction of cycleways and installation of traffic signals.
