Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi sprzątania nieruchomości administrowanych przez Zarząd Lokali Miejskich w 2023 r. w podziale na 4 części. W ramach zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do świadczenia usług w tygodniu polegających na: • sprzątaniu na zewnątrz oraz wewnątrz budynków, • wykonywaniu prac sezonowych i doraźnych (koszenie trawników, odśnieżanie) • roznoszeniu korespondencji na nieruchomościach administrowanych przez Zarząd Lokali Miejskich.
