PEP/ED/Block for SALT Under Therapies Framework-We need a block contracts for one for Speech and Language Therapy a support children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans who require this provision. The block will support those young people who need SALT above the Core NHS offer and transition them back in to the core service. The block will also deliver a number of EHCNA assessments and tribunal work.

BSH/HGW/Old City Queen Charlotte Street and King Street Improvement Project-The project is aimed at improving transport and the public realm in the Old City, and also improving the transport connections between the Old City and King Street (via Queen Charlotte Street). Increasing the amount of pedestrians crossings, dropped kerbs and also improvement of the cycle infrastructure are all tools that will be used to achieve this. G/R Replacement of UPS system at City Hall-The UPS (uniterupted power supply) system at City Hall is essentially a large battery back up that keeps the data centre operational in the event of a mains power failure until the back up generator starts up and takes over, therefore this spend is essential. The system is over 15 yrs old and is in urgent need of replacement. As a specific type of equiptment we are wanting to get quotations from chosen specialist suppiers to replace.
