The object of this invitation to tender is the supply and installation of security equipment in the fields of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV and remote management in the buildings occupied or managed by the European Commission in Belgium and Luxembourg. This invitation to tender is divided into three lots.

The contract aims to strengthen and extend European Mobility Week (EMW), the Commission's flagship awareness-raising campaign on sustainable urban mobility.

Support for the implementation of due diligence of batteries: guidance, assessment framework for supply chain due diligence schemes.

The main objective of this (recurrent) project is to support the Commission and Member States in the further implementation of harmonized and cost-effective EU ETS monitoring, reporting verification and accreditation (MRVA), during 2024-2025. Specific objectives are to: • provide Secretariat support to the EU ETS Compliance Forum in 2024 and 2025, maintaining an effective platform for discussion and cooperation between Member States and the Commission, including in the task force setting, and the well-functioning of the EU ETS MRVA system; • provide support to the Commission concerning the maintenance of MRVA guidance, templates and other tools published by the Commission in support of the MRR and AVR; • provide additional support in relation to ad hoc technical enquiries on EU ETS MRVA issues. Work under this contract shall take into account the revised EU ETS Directive and the revision of the legal acts, in particular MRR and AVR.

The present contract aims at selecting a media production and software development company for the installation of interactive exhibitions on behalf of the European Parliament (EP) and for the development, maintenance and update of the audio-visual and interactive contents included therein. This includes the Europa Experiences in the EU Capitals, but also the subsequent equipment of regional offices and the progressive modernization of the first pilot projects after their initial lifecycle of 7-8 years in operation. The selected contractors' tasks will involve: 1. installation of existing software applications and audio-visual content; 2. modification of existing applications (including Flash, and Unity software) and content; 3. creation of new interactive audio-visual experiences including software as well as audio-visual content, such as augmented or virtual reality (VR) experiences, films, animations, and educational applications.

Provision of guided tours, workshops, teachers' programs and other activities for House of European History's visitors and other target groups, both onsite and online.

— Lot 1: Provision of a calculator of and access to a database of comparable forward-looking indicators of effective levels of company taxation (so-called forward-looking ETR); — Lot 2: Development of a methodology for the calculation of backward-looking indicators of effective levels of company taxation (so-called backward-looking ETR).

The purpose of the framework contract is to provide the contracting authority with highly qualified environmental, techno-economic analysis and scientific support for the policy-making process on the implementation of product policies, namely the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, or Ecodesign Directive until adoption of ESPR, and the EU Ecolabel where appropriate.

The action is intended to support European operators, especially Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), having to abide by EU sanctions. It will set up an EU Sanctions Due Diligence Helpdesk and develop operational tools necessary for its functioning. The Helpdesk would act as central contact point for EU SMEs having questions concerning due diligence for specific business projects in countries subject to EU sanctions. The Helpdesk will reassure operators who need to comply with the applicable European restrictions, and may put the focus on sensitive areas of high political or economic importance, such as agri-food trade and humanitarian assistance. The Helpdesk would also organise trainings to raise awareness on EU sanctions. The action will also help reassure European banks, which may be currently reluctant to handle transactions involving countries subject to sanctions.

The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of multiple framework contracts in cascade for the provision of assistance services in the field of compliance assessment. The general objective of the contract is to assist the Commission in verifying the alignment or approximation of the national legal framework of candidate, potential candidate or associated countries with the EU acquis in the financial sector including Company law and financial services legislation (covered in acquis Chapters 4, 6, 9, and 24) as well as the area of competition policy (covered in the acquis Chapter 8). This implies assessing the level of compliance of the national legislation with the relevant EU legal acts. Specific objectives will be further defined in specific contracts.
