The tender will stimulate the integration of social considerations in public procurements, including raising awareness of incentives for social investments in public service provision, promote the involvement of social economy actors in tendering procedures and in value chains processes, and boost awareness raising for mainstream businesses to work more with social enterprises. It will be based on the successful results of the project 'Buying for social impact'.

The legislative proposal on deforestation and its impact assessment explicitly undertake the commitment of launching a study with view to extending the product scope to additional derived products within the six commodities initially covered in the initiative (beef, palm oil, soy, wood, cocoa, and coffee). This requires a specific study to extend the product scope, as foreseen in the impact assessment of the legislative proposal.

The call for tender aimed at selecting a contractor to provide the European Parliament with IT services, the supply of IT hardware and consumables and fit-out elements and services for the planning, production and installation of Europa Experience exhibitions in the Member States and, to a lesser extent, other visitors’ facilities. It will mostly be used to implement new interactive exhibition spaces, to upgrade existing facilities in the European Parliament Visitors' services in Brussels and in the Member States. It may also be used to design and implement new exhibition elements completing the Europa Experience franchise or in view of the modernisation of existing visitors’ facilities.

Deze overeenkomst heeft als doel de aankoop en verdeling van hygiënische papierwaren (inclusief het voorzien van de nodige dispensers) voor de stad Antwerpen en verscheidene andere entiteiten uit de groep Antwerpen.

De opdracht voorziet in de organisatie van busvervoer voor leerlingen schooljaar 2023-2024 met uitzondering van de schoolvakanties. Er kunnen drie stilzwijgende verlengingen zijn, telkens voor een periode van één schooljaar. De opdracht zal alleszins definitief een einde nemen op 30 juni 2027 en dit zonder voorafgaande opzegging door gemeente Heusden-Zolder.

Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het afsluiten van verzekeringscontracten voor Stad Menen, OCMW Menen, AGB Woonbedrijf Menen en VZW CC De Steiger en het OCMW Menen in overeenstemming met de hierna opgenomen bepalingen en voorwaarden. De verzekeraar wordt erop gewezen dat de voorwaarden vermeld in dit bestek, steeds voorrang hebben op zijn algemene voorwaarden of op de voorwaarden vermeld in de polis. Specifieke bepalingen van het bestek zullen derhalve moeten opgenomen worden in de polissen die naderhand zullen opgesteld worden. Ce marché, principalement de services, a pour objet l’entretien de tous les équipements du réseau fixe de surveillance de la qualité de l’air ambiant en Wallonie. Le but du marché est de garantir la qualité des mesures, la saisie maximale des données en vue entre autres de l’information du public afin de répondre aux exigences des Directives européennes 2004/107/CE et 2008/50/CE. Les maintenances préventives et correctives régulières correctement exécutées, ainsi que les maintenances supplémentaires, doivent permettre d'atteindre ces buts.
