Bærum municipality invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for procurement and/or hire of furniture and fixtures with accompanying services. 

Bærum municipality invites tenderers to an open tender tender contest in connection with a framework agreement for the purchase of maintenance services for playground equipment.

The contract includes winter maintenance services for some of Bærum municipality Property’s premises, mainly at health institutions. The winter maintenance comprises snow ploughing, gritting, sweeping and filling of grit boxes.

Bærum municipality, through Parks and Roads Operation, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for an operating agreement for cleaning and maintenance services for toilets in parks and recreational areas.

Framework agreement for the purchase of waste containers for the collection of glass and metal packaging.

The contest is for a framework agreement for the delivery of IT security monitoring services. The contract includes the establishment, operation and maintenance of services for security monitoring of the contracting authority's systems, as well as assistance with detecting and managing security threats against the contracting authority's systems. The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 60,000,000 excluding VAT a year. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 350,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.

Bærum municipality has entered into a contract with AON Norway AS that will assist the municipality with an impartial quality assurance of pensions from Bærum Pension Fund, the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund [Statens pensjonskasse (SPK)] and KLP, respectively.

Bærum municipality has 1,850 - 2,000 pupils who will attend school camp annually and therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement for school camp lodging for school pupils in the 6th and 7th grade of primary and secondary school. Contracts will be drafted with 3 - 5 tenderers.
