[N O T E: 1. The above rates in all schedules are inclusive of all taxes legally leviable or any other local taxes, license fees, royalty charges and cess etc. 2. The above rates are inclusive of deduction of GST etc as per the extant instructions on the issue applicable for the time being. 3. The quantities shown in above schedule are approximate and are meant to give tenderer an idea of the quantum of the work involved.4. If any tenderer wishes to give rebate on the rates quoted by him, the same may be filled up by him in this schedule.5. It is to be noted that such rebate, if offered, shall apply on rates quoted for all items in all the schedules of this tender document.
