Above Mentioned Condemned Structure Are Offered Excluding Common Wall Of Adjacent Another Unit And Boundary Wall If Any Which Has Not Been Offered Or Sold . Therefore Such Type Of Cases Should Be Dealt With Proper Care During Dismantling So That Adjacent Unoffered And Unsold Unit Are Not Damage Or Broken In Any Way. Officials. 9] Purchaser Shall Ensure That Dismantling Work Does Not Affect Or Endanger Safety Of Life And Railway Property In Near Vicinity.10] No Explosives Can Be Used For Demolishing, 11] Custodian / Engg.
