Labour charge for fabrication and installation of composite door, window, partitions made from annodized extruded alloy aluminium sections for the following units: (D) Partly glazed and partly panelled partition or fixed glazing made of extruded and anodised alloy aluminium sections, fabrications after cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning fitted with inbuit locking arrangement cutting the glass / board (prelaminated / particle / block) to requisite shape and size moulding the edges fitted and fixed glazing clips and dry set neoprine /EPDM gasket, along with all other necessary arrangements for fixing the partition to walls, floors, beams, columns polysupphide sealant for water proofing if necessary complete in all respect as per drawig and specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge. The rate includes the hire charge of alll tools and alnts, adhesive, joineries such as screw, fastener but exluding the cost of extruded aluminium sections, EPDM gasket, glass, board, glazing clips, locking arrangement, etc. I) For partitions using section of size: b) 101.50 mm * 44.45 mm 1 * 6.00 * 3.50 = 21.00 1 * 1.20 * 2.00 = 2.40 1 * 1.20 * 2.80 = 3.36 Total = 26.76

Wall panelling / partition with Melamine faced 3 layered flat pressed ood particle board of approved make and brand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of requiisite grade bonded with phenol formaldehyde syntetic resin conforming to IS: 848 - 1974 ( excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood battens / lipping) (B) Prelaminated particle board conforming to IS: 3087 -1985 and IS 12823 - 1990 (ii) Both side decorative laminate (b) Interior Grade 12mm thick 1 * 6.00 * 3.50 = 21.00 1 * 1.20 * 2.00 = 2.40 1 * 1.20 * 2.80 = 3.36 Total = 26.76

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brick / Stone work by providing weather silicaon sealant over 6 mm dia backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete. Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. Supply, fitting and fixing of ABC POWDER TYPE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS (STORED PRESSURES) stored pressure fire extinguisher ISI Marked powder type suitable for Class 'A' 'B' & 'C' fire 6kg capacity consisting of weiled cylinder, squeeze lever discharge valv e fitted with prssure indication gauge, inernal discharge tube, discharge nozzle and hose, suspension bracket, conforming IS: 15683: 2006 duly charged with ISI marked mono Ammonium phospate base ABC powder conforming to IS: 14609 and pressurized with Nitrogen gas, suitable for poerating between -30 Degree Celcius to + 55 Degree Celcius . Fire rating class-2A & 21B complete in all respect including all taxes and in all floors. A level should be pasted on the body of the extinuisher showing 1. supplied by PWD 2. Date of manufacture 3.
