R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone girt in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab exluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire & including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all material, labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire (S.I. NO-284a)

Mild steel or Iron in plain work such as R.C.C. or RB work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.--------------(SI NO-504)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC. And compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. complete as per cluse 401

Providing laying spereading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specitfication including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (A.R. approved)

Provinding and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Mecadam with higher capacity batcg type HMP using crushed aggegate of specifled grading premixed with bituminious binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by waight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per morth & h specifications clauses 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (A.R. approved)

Provinding and laying bituminious concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggegates of specifled grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminious binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler 2% by weight of total aggregates shall be by portland cement transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per morth & h specifications clauses 509 complete in all respects. Providing and fixing of M.S. informatory sign board with frame of 40X40X5mm angle iron and diagonal braces of 25X5mm flat iron. 16 S.W. gauge M.S. Sheet shall be fixed on the M.S. Frame including one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of apporved superior quality ready mixed paint on the whole structure and also painting letters on M.S. Sheet firmly fixed to the ground with 15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60cm B.G.L. Complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass @250gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 the finished surface to be level. Direction and place identification signs more than 0.90 Sqm size Board.- Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectiorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting the retro-refiecive sheeting type -IV shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC-67-2012& proof of the same in form of Goverment report shall be uploaded while quoting tender vide MOR&TH clause 801-03 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm supported on a miled steel single angle iron post 75X75X6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete as per direction E-IN-Charge. Note : The composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacture & authoired converter of at least 7 years shall be furinshed on non judicial stamp of required denomination both for retro reflective sheet and also complete signage.
