LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) 900mm x800 x 500mm size, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminum bus bars (LxWxH) 400 x 10 x50 mm installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door LT panel etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directedincluding connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25/35/50/95/120/ 150 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches out side the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size aluminium lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board, All out going feeders shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.& The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge , The scope of work includes the following:- (NOTE:-1 Panel should be as per IEC 61439 Panel Builder should Submit All Certificate Before Executing the job.)

(II) Outgoing :- (i) Blank Location for MCCB-01 (ii) MCB TPN 63 Amp C-Curve - 2 No (Make-Schneider / Legrand L&T )

M&L for plate earthing for sub station equipments complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.75 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 4.5 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.75 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected , GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20mm dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 8mm dia @ 150 c/c both ways with 6mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, and mild steel angle iron frame 40mmx40mmx5mm for pit cover ,excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate number 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:-(Note;- Rate quotted includes terminal Lugs / road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.)

Taking out unsv cable any type and size upto 150 Sqmm and Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 240 Sqmm 3.5 core , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe and removing cable complete all as specified and directed.(Note;- Rate quotted includes terminal Lugs / all type road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified in the following type of soils:

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified in the following type of soils

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as specified.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings (IS marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/walls ( with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers ) pipes of the following sizes :-

50 mm bore

80 mm bore

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any dahage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.

Cutting of worn-out / burnt aluminium cable terminal lugs from the HT/LT cable , crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/ Panel MCCB terminal/ FPB/ JB/ pole/DBs/ stud including cutting/ dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground / OH line cable conductor , cutting down worn-out portion and refixing with suitable lugs complete , including under ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out underground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge . Note:- (Excavation, earth work , taking out cable protection covers, and sand cushion and relaying the same shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor)

S&F service main distribution (SMC JUNCTION BOX ) box minimum inside size 395 x 235 x 150 mm with Bus bar 200 amps 4 pole for distribution of multiple nos of service connection, (ISI marked )weather and moisture-proof, nuts and bolted bus bar system, 200 Amps capacity and fixing on pole/wall with suitable FI clamp nuts and bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pole mounting type junction box factory made of size 300x200x100mm of FRP sheet duly powder coated with front openable hinged door , locking arrangements, with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 40 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulator, cable glands and lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing MCB DP 6/10 Amps, 10 kA suitable for domestic loading , -01 no. including mild steel flat iron clamp made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed Engr in Charge.

S&F for one runs of three core1.5 Sqmm x 3 core (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Confirming to IS : 7098 drawn through GI pipe for connecting to street light and pole JBs and one run of PVC insulated and all complete as specified and as directed.

Taking out unsv steel pole any type and size and Supplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of Overall height 9 metres, type 410 SP-31, IS-2713 marked, with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embeded in concrete and painting 03 nos band /strips with fluorescent , PO box red synthetic enamel paint ( 30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles, including the existing service line/ chanel/ street lights/JBs complete allied items shifting the new pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note:- Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted)

Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size.

Dismantling old existing MS cross arms of any type/shape.

Dismantling old existing Insulators of any type/shape.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of [eco friendly and as per MoEF notification G.S.R.281( E ) dt.07/03/2016] diesel engine driven generating set of 20 kVA capacity to be installed at Meerut Cantt., 400/440 V, AC 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire, 0.8 PF, directly coupled with alternator.

(a) Engine:- Eco friendly ( as per CPCB norms ) diesel engine conforming to BS standards developing BHP not less than 25.2 HP (MoEF certified power) at NTP @ 1500 RPM, turbo charged, water to air cooled complete with provision of 10% overload for one hour on any 12 hours of running. (i) Dry type, replaceable paper element air filter. (ii) Inline fuel pump with mechanical governing. (iii) spin on fuel filter. (iv) intergral set mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temp. (v) full flow spin on lube oil filter. (vi) first fill of lube oil and coolant. (vii) electrical starter motor. (viii) battery charging alternator. (ix) 1x12V DC battery with lead. (x) provision of first servicing free of cost including replacement of oil filter, fuel filter, engine oil etc. (b) Alternator:- (i)Brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1. (ii) AVR with steady voltage precision within +/- 1.5%, 400/440V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 20 kVA, 1500 RPM, star connected, air cooled with radial fan mounted on rotor with insulation class F/H and withstand an overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hour operation at NTP. (c) Control Panel:- the panel shall be fabricated with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet. It will include following accessories (i) Microprocessor/relay based generator set monitoring and control system (i.e. inbuilt AMF functionality). (ii) Aluminium bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals. (iii) indicating lamps for 'Load ON' and 'Set Running'. (iv) instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (v) circuit breakers of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (vi) remote start-stop. (vii) Engine metering: oil pressure, engine temperature, starting battery voltage, engine running hours. (viii) AC Alternator metering: L-L voltage and L-N voltage, current, kVA(phase and total) and frequency, kwh(phase and total), PF, utility voltage anf frequency. (ix) Engine protection: LLOP, high/low coolant temperature, battery over/under/weak volts, fail to crank/start, sensor failure, cranking lockout, low fuel level. (x) AC Alternator Protection: over/under voltage, over/ under frequency, loss of AC sensing, overs peed, over current. (xi) engine hours, control hours, upto 5 recent fault codes and maintenance due alarm based on engine run time and due date.

(d) Silencer:- critical grade silencer suitably optimised to meet stringent sound emission standards laid down by MoEF/CPCB. ( e) Mounting Arrangement:- (i) engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. (ii) Base frame with integral fuel tank (standard capacity not less than 63 Ltrs.) is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connections, level indicator and provision for cleaning. (iii) provision of PCC 1:2:4, not less than 30cm below the ground level and 60cm above the ground level including necessary excavation and length and breadth of platform shall be equal to DG set base frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (f) Acoustic enclosure:- (i) to be made of CRCA sheets and must be designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. (ii) high quality noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (P.U. Foam) complying to IS 8183. (iii) two point lifting for easy handling. (iv) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load. (v) fluid drains for lube oil and fuel. (vi) fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure. (vii) flush styling- no projections.

Supply and fix split air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR, BEE Highest star rating available at market cooling and heating type Proper fixing through Outdoor unit on Stand, Including upto 5 Mtr cooper tubing, and supply wire, Make should be LG/CARRIER/O-GENERAL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Sheet Metal Enclosures with socket plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps capacity 240 volts 'B' series 10KA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing MCB , SP, AC, 240 volts of 05 to 32 Amps capacity 10KA, 'B' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor dtype & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilizer at 415 with accuracy + 1% and speed of correction 6 Volts per second adn of capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, "Medium class" including fittings 100 mm (4") dia

Supply and fix Hot and cold dual inverter air cooled split air conditioner unit with highest star rating available at market, electric driven, single phase of capacity of 2.0 TR, cooling and heating type split A/Cs, including required Copper tubing (5.0 metre) ,drain piping, and control cable Make should be LG or Carrier or 'O' Genral complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms of capacity 25 KVA outdoor type. Note :- Contractor has to made arrangment for testing of DG Set in presence of Rep detailed by accepting officer for contineouse running of 12 Hours out of which 1 hours at 25 % load, 1 hours at 50% load, 1 hours at 75% load, 8 hours at 100% load and 1 hours running at 110% of rated capacity of generator. Necessary load and diesel will be arranged by the contractor, no any extra cost given to the contractor.

Supply and fix ON load manual change over switch, 415 volt, 4 pole of capacity 100 Amp with enclosure, necessary nuts bolts for installation etc all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
