Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/expansion, construction & longitudinal joints(10 mm widex50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealan complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine (DSR 16.43.1)

Providing and laying of factory made 80mm thick rubber moulded Interlocking Cement Concrete tiles (30Mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking tiles levelling & dressing of surface to required level & slope filling joints with fine sand including the cost of materials , labour,T&P required for proper completion fo work as directed by engineer- in-charge.(NEW ITEM)

Providing and laying 125 mm polythene sheet above road surface as per direction of e/i (PWD-SOR/2014)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil(loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 30 m ,including filling ,watering & rammimg of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches (excluding Royality ) SOR CHAPTER-4 (SI-251)/2020

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana /Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate /retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately.In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum (DSR 5.33.1.1/2021)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.(DSR-5.9.1/2021)

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage , bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.(App. Rate)

P/f in position rubberised hot sealing compound for expansion joints DSR-16.46.1

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4)" gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials , labour and T& P etc. required for proper completion of the work ,Binding wire cost being included in the item.SOR CHAPTER-5( SI-284 A)
