Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 fine sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 0.50mm thickness

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):- a) For fixed portion of approved quality:- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to 15: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately):- Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with: 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade 1) or graded wood particle board IS: 3087 marked to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately): 12 mm thick

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss/matt/suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality: 1.5 mm thick.

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622-2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge... Glazed Vitrified Tiles (Glossy / Mat Finish/ Anti-Skid) Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer): Two or more coats on new work

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)- 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length arid L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per direction of Engineer- inCharge. With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.
