Providing, laying & consolidation 50mm thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using 100 to 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using grade II crushed aggregates to the specified camber on the prepared surface and pre mixed with 80/100 grade bitumen binder @4.25% by weight of total mix and filler and comforming to MORTH specification 507 for base/binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. Loader and hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the hot mixed material in tippers to paver and laying the mix using hydrostatic paver finishers with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and consolidating surface using vibratory roller of 8- 10T static weight, power roller of 8-10 T capacity and tandem roller to achieve desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges of all T&P, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all other contingent charges necessary including labour charges for all operations, overhead and contractors profit, except GST and seigniorage charges etc., complete but excluding cost of tack coat for finished item of work and as per MORTH specification No.507 complete in all respect.(RBR-BASC-7-7Pg-360)

Providing and laying of 300mm dia NP3 class RCC Plain ended Pipes including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for lowering, laying pipes and jointing including jointing material, hire and operational charges of T&P, overhead and contractors profit, except GST and seigniorage charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying Vibrated Cement Concrete corresponding to M20 grade using 20mm and 10mm well graded HBG machine crushed metal from approved quarry, as per MORD specification 802,803,1202,1203 and 1500 MORTH including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(i,e., 50% of river sand and 50% Rock sand)coarse aggregate water etc to site, seigniorage charges of materials including centering, shuttering, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating finishing smooth to required levels, curing all other incidental and opertional charges, labour charges,overhead and contractors profit, except GST and seigniorage charges, etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement for finished item of work as per standard specification for culvert.

Laying Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Prop using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate confirming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H specification including cost, conveyance of all materials (viz) cement, stone aggregate, sand, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, machine mixing, laying, finishing smooth to required level, curing, all other incidental and operational charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 2100 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges, for open foundations.

Note : 1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and no reimbursement for these will be made. The Rates given in schedule 'A' are exluding of GST and Seigniorage Charges. 2)The above rates for firnished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, all taxes, curing wherever needed, all Incidentals, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc.
